I haven't been in awhile because of a previous location change,but it has changed again so I'm so looking forward to going again.I noticed results soon and I couldn't get enough. I would go about 3 times a wk. I could not get enough, you feel exhausted but great after class .Absolutely love the way it makes me feel,you can eat pretty freely and will love the way you look. and feel so strong. I can't say enough you must try it and stick w it for a little while, you will love it.
